Preparing for your appointment
To achieve consistent, predictable results arrive with hair clean, blow-dried, product-free and fully detangled. We provide a 15-minute grace period; appointments cannot be held beyond that time. Additional detangling done at the appointment may incur an extra service fee, so follow the preparation steps closely to avoid delays or extra charges.
Please come alone — no extra guests are allowed to keep the environment calm and professional. Remaining balance is due at the appointment (cash, Zelle or Cash App).
