Please arrive with hair clean, blow-dried, product-free and fully detangled; additional detangling on arrival may require an extra service fee. We provide a 15-minute grace period but cannot hold appointments beyond that window. No extra guests are allowed to keep the space calm and professional, and the remaining balance is due at the appointment by cash, Zelle or Cash App.
