Before your appointment you must arrive with hair clean, blow-dried, product-free and fully detangled. Additional detangling performed at the salon may incur an extra service fee. A 15-minute grace period is provided; appointments cannot be held beyond that time. For a calm environment we ask that no extra guests accompany you to your service.
Braiding hair is included with this service to ensure consistent quality. Color customization is available for highlight accents and multi-color blends; additional charges may apply depending on complexity. The remaining balance of $250 is due at the appointment; we accept cash, Zelle, or Cash App to complete payment at the chair.
