Before your appointment the salon requires hair to be clean and blow dried. If hair arrives not properly blow dried a $20 fee applies. We offer shampoo services as an add-on; please include that when booking if you prefer the stylist to wash and dry your hair before braiding.

What to expect during styling
This service consists of eight stitch braids placed straight to the back without additional design. The stylist sections the hair and braids each stitch to follow the straight-back pattern; the final look depends on hair length, density and the model selected. Expect careful parting and tension adjusted to your hair's natural characteristics.
The typical appointment time is 90 minutes. During that period the stylist completes the eight braids, checks symmetry and finishes the style. Communication about sensitivity to tension and your daily routine helps shape the final fit so the style works with commuting, sports or workplace needs.
Pricing and final adjustments
Price starts at $80 for the standard eight-stitch straight-back style. Final pricing may be higher or lower depending on the design selected, hair condition and any extra work required. If your hair is not blow dried properly there is a $20 fee; add shampoo services when booking if you want the wash included.
