To deliver consistent results we require hair to arrive clean, blow-dried, product-free and fully detangled. Additional detangling performed at the appointment may incur an extra service fee. We allow a 15-minute grace period; if you arrive later than that the appointment cannot be held and rescheduling may be needed.
Braiding hair is included with this service for consistency and quality. Color customization such as highlight accents or multi-color blends is available but may carry additional charges.
